Incidentally, Mr. Chairman, this last weekend my wife and I were passing through New York and whom did we see on Fifth Avenue out of a clear blue sky but Francis Keppel. Mr. FLOOD. Dr. Marland, we are delighted to have you appear in this capacity. I might add that you do not come unheralded.
