it was amazing

I gave this book five stars because it is amazingly well written. Steve jobs was a complicated but brilliant person who impacted society in a great way. This book shows not only the good and successful part of the story but it also shares the rough bumps along the way, and it really makes you create a connection with jobs.

This book relates to my hero's journey because it shows how anybody can change the world, you don't have to be a genius or a great designer or a great engineer. As long as you have vision, commitment and a team composed of A player's you're able to create amazing things. It also relates to my hero’s journey because it shows that you don't always need a plan, and even if you have one it might not work. Right now i'm at a point in which I don't exactly know what I’ll be doing in the future, this book helped me realize that not knowing might just be a good thing.

I think everyone should read this because I am sure that right now you are using on of the devices that steve jobs was responsible for, It doesn't matter if it's not apple, its is probably influenced by steve jobs work in one way or another. By reading this book you will understand the life of an amazing person, he was definitely not a role model but he got things done and he made them work and look awesome. There are many things that you can learn from his life, for his success and also his failures.

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes.

The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.

About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward.

Maybe they have to be crazy.

How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?

We make tools for these kinds of people.

While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

This was my favorite quote, it is the ad that he launched when he was back at the company and he wanted to make people remember and feel that they were revolutionary and that they were revels.
