it was amazing

Steve Jobs mystified technological innovations but ensured his products were as intuitive as can be. The book despite its unusually lengthy self, remains engaging enough throughout. The repetitions in elaboration about Jobs' reactions are not obvious, and provide insight to his real self beyond the media mysteries. It presents his genius of innovation in technology as a simple process of creation by elimination or simplification, turning a gadget into a usable piece of art rather than occult science. It has been rare that a book commissioned by the subject delves into some not so pleasant aspects of the subject rounding off his behaviour as self centred, manipulating and rude! Must read even if you are not a Apple user/devotee.
