Steve Jobs

This is a great book. Jobs is never easy to entirely love or hate, I spent large swaths of the book alternately agreeing with everything he said and marveling at his shortsightedness, and the stories are marvelous. This is an excellent book about innovation, leadership, and public opinion.
There are drawbacks: it's impossible for Isaacson not to sound like a pro-Apple ad at certain points, which is sometimes justified and sometimes not based on one's own preferences for these products. There's a fair amount of notable repetition when it comes to Isaacson's descriptions of Jobs's personality (e.g. the entirely of the last chapter).
But it is completely worth reading, and it moves pretty quickly through its 571 pages, especially if you have any interest in Jobs, Apple, or any of the related topics the man's life involved.
