[House Bill No. 45.]

To make supplementary appropriations for the General Assembly.

AN ACT

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio: SECTION 1. The sums set forth in section 2 herein for the purposes specified, are hereby appropriated out of any monies in the state treasury to the credit of the General Revenue Fund, not otherwise appropriated.

SECTION 2. The following sums shall not be expended to pay liabilities incurred subsequent to June 30, 1919.
