Today the subcommittee is going to resume its fiscal 1982 hearings. We will hear this morning from the Department of Health and Human Services. The first hearing today will be on the Health Services Administration. These programs, administered by HSA, are designed to improve health services for high-risk groups, assist areas that have shortages in trained medical personnel, and provide direct care to special groups. Here to tell us this morning about those programs is the Acting Administrator, John H. Keiso. Mr. Kelso, if you would like to introduce your colleagues at the table. We welcome you here this morning.
