The 2001 edition is sold on a subscription basis by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402. It consists of the basic manual. The order for the Catalog must be accompanied by a check or money order make payable to the Superintendent of Documents. Although the Catalog is published by the Office of Management and Budget and the General Services Administration, subscriptions for the Catalog are only available through the Government Printing Office (see Subscription Form in back of Catalog).

Service adjustments: For change of address, non-receipt, or discrepancies, send full details with latest mailing label to the address in the upper left corner of label.

NOTICE FOR SUBSCRIBERS

Beginning in 2001, the December Update edition of the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance will no longer be published in print. The Government Printing Office subscription price has been reduced to $60.00 per domestic subscription, and $75 if mailed to an address outside of the United States. Both the June Basic edition and the December Update edition will continue to be published in various electronic formats.
