It consists of the basic manual and change as issued for one year. The order for the Catalog must be accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the Superintendent of Document. Although the Catalog is published by the Office of Management and Budget and the General Services Administration, subscriptions for the Catalog are only available through the Government Printing Office (see Subscription Form in back of Catalog). AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AVIATION RESEARCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FAMILY RESOURCE FLOOD DISASTER FLOOD WARNING FORESTRY Grant program to encourage cooperative development and marketing ef forts among manufacturers, private and government laboratories, universities, and financiers to assist in bridging the gap between research results and marketable, competitive products and processes (10.240, Alternative Agricultural Research and Commercialization Program). Program designed to encourage and support innovative and advanced research in areas such as capacity and air traffic control technology, communications, navigation and surveillance, security technology, etc.; also, Centers of Excellence established for long term continuing research in specific areas of technology (20.108, Aviation Research Grants; 20.109, Air Transportation Centers of Excellence). Project grant program to help community-based organizations increase their capacity to carry out housing and community development activities, and to assist these organizations achieve long term financial support for their activities.
