The 1993 edition is sold on a subscription basis by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402. It consists of the basic manual and change as issued for one year. The order for the Catalog must be accompanied by a check or money order make payable to the Superintendent of Documents. Although the Catalog is published by the Office of Management and Budget and the General Services Administration, subscriptions for the Catalog are only available through the Government Printing Office (see Subscription Form in back of Catalog).

Program designed to enhance and further the opportunity of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) to obtain short term working capital and performance and payment bonds for transportation related contracts emanating from the Department of Transportation, its grantees, recipients, their contractors and subcontractors (20.904, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises-Bonding Assistance Program; 20.905, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises-Short Term Lending Program).

Americans with Disabilities Act program that prohibits discrimination against persons with disabilities in all programs, services, and regulatory activities relating to State and local public housing, and housing assistance and referral (14.414, Non-discrimination on the Basis of Disability by Public Entities).

Project grant program to identify and subsequently destroy and dismantle core drug trafficking organizations which are operating in and through the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Program and secondary organizations which support the core organizations (95.001, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Program).
