The PRESIDENT pro tempore laid before the Senate a communication from the Administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service, Department of Agriculture, transmitting, pursuant to law, reports concerning agreements entered into during February 1960 with China (Taiwan), Poland, Peru, and Vietnam, under title I of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954; which, with the accompanying papers, was referred to the Committee on Agriculture and Forestry.
