AN ACT To increase domestic energy supplies and availability; to restrain energy
demand; to prepare for energy emergencies; and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the

United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may

be cited as the "Energy Policy and Conservation Act".
