The parishes of Jefferson, St. Charles, Plaquemine and St. Bernard having been assigned by the constitution to the court of appeals for the parish of Orleans, no order respecting them is here made. District judges are required to arrange and order the sessions of their respective courts so as to enable them to act as judges of the courts of appeal in the parishes to which assigned. The clerk of the supreme court will cause this order to be published in the daily papers of the city of New Orleans, and forward a certified copy of same to each judge of the court of appeals and to each district judge.
