This would have to be one of my favourite book!! I read it years ago, while I was still studying... Now, in my work in the environmental NGO field with strong partnerships with governments from Asia & Europe, I still use this book as reference to different project proposal development. I highly recommend it, and would like to take the opportunity to thank the author, Phil McManus, for having produced this work.
