W., Ely CARSON CITY, NEVADA, October 1, 1915. The pamphlet herewith submitted contains a list of all agents and agencies licensed, to date, to transact business in Nevada until February 1, 1916. The Statutes of 1915 provide that such licenses shall be issued by the Insurance Commissioner at the request of the qualified companies. The fee therefor is one dollar for each agency of each company, and all such licenses expire on February 1 of the year following their issuance, unless revoked or canceled sooner. Solicitation or taking of insurance without a license is a misdemeanor, subject to severe penalties, and we respectfully urge all insurance agents in Nevada to acquaint themselves thoroughly with the laws relating to their profession.
