DEAR SIR: The Nevada Mine Operators' Association, representing the largest contributors to the Industrial Insurance Fund, has completed an audit of the accounts and an investigation of the affairs of the Nevada Industrial Commission. A copy of the report of Mr. George K. Edler, Certified Public Accountant, who conducted the audit in behalf of this Association is herewith enclosed. As a result of the action taken by this body, we find the accounts of the Commission to be correct in every detail, the funds properly accounted for, and the affairs of the Commission generally to be in a most satisfactory condition.
