SUPREME COURT OF MICHIGAN.
TO THE BENCH AND BAR OF MICHIGAN :
I desire to call attention to the "Digest of Points Decided" accompanying the Table of Cases Reported," in 60th Michigan, an examination of which will, I trust, commend it to your favorable consideration. An hour spent in such examination will, I believe, inform the busy Judge or Attorney, or even Layman, just what points are decided in the cases reported
I hope to be able to issue succeeding volumes not to exceed forty days apart; and to this end no labor or expense will be spared, but it is well to remember that rapidity of publication at the expense of thorough work is neither to your interest nor mine.
