The items included here are identified in the schedules by a single asterisk (*) in the Fee column. For further information on NBS policy in regard to fees, see Part 200 above, especially sections 200.110 and 200.111, and the various sections with the title "General" (see Contents). Items carrying the suffix "z" are automatically excluded from the list, since these services, and consequently also the fees for them, vary according to the requirements of the individual case, as agreed upon in advance by the client and the NBS laboratory concerned. Also omitted are fees for electrical measurement services in the high-frequency and microwave regions. Concerning these, see schedules 201.800 and 201.900, above. Revisions of this list will be made from time to time and it is planned to publish them separately. Purchasers of the present publication can receive the up-dated fee lists without charge by sending in the post card provided below, on last page.
