The new obligational authority totals $4,267,686,000. This sum is $1,964,425,850 under the 1973 total enacted to date of $6,232,111,850. Our first activity group concerns the judiciary branch. According to the judiciary summary table, you are requesting a total of $205,441,000 for fiscal 1974, which is over the total enacted to date by $16,600,400.
