Redesignation Table

Regulations issued by the Environmental Protection Agency were published in various titles of the Code of Federal Regulations. At 36 FR 22369, Nov. 25, 1971, those regulations were reorganized and transferred to Title 40—Protection of the Environment, under Chapter I. The following table shows the relationship of those regulations prior to the transfer and the redesignations as reflected in Title 40:
