It is expected that the study will require a level of effort of about 20 an years. Period of Performance and the Sequence of Work The Contract will begin on June 30, 1974. The final draft report must be submitted to SRS no later than January 15, 1975. Submittal of appendices and technical backup reports shall be completed by no later than May 31, 1975. Final printing and distribution shall also be completed no later than May 31, 1975. A "preliminary schedule" detailing the activities of this study is depicted on page 25 and reflects the approximate time frames for the various intermediate elements in the Contract Scope of Work. The Contractor agrees to provide by no later than July 30, 1974, a. "Final Ec specifying firm dates for completion of the individual elements detailed in the "preliminary schedule." The "final schedule" shall be submitted to SRS for review, and upon acceptance by the project officer will be incorporated herein by a modification to this Contract. The dates for submittal of the Final Report (January 15, 1975) and the completion of the Contract (May 31, 1975) are firm requirements. These critical dates are based on the Congressional requirement of a report due on February 1, 1975, and shall not be changed unless there is a Congressional extension of the report due date. In the event Congress extends the report due date of February 1, 1975, the budget, period of performance and completion dates specified in the Contract may be renegotiated at the request of either party. |
