The nearest is in Clinton, Iowa and it has had no noticable impact on our community. We do have a Neighborhood Youth Corps project in Rock Island but the benefit to the community is yet to be determined, we have no knowledge of the M.Y.C. participating in community affairs or community projects and it has yet to prove itself either a good or bad neighbor.
