STAFF STUDY OF JOBS PROGRAM

In connection with the Subcommittee's review of manpower programs, the Subcommittee staff undertook a special study of the program known as JOBS-Job Opportunities in the Business Sector. The 177-page staff study was released in the week prior to the May 5 hearing, which was devoted to the JOBS program.
