The House of Delegates was called to order at 12 o'clock M. by
Thomas H. Bigger, clerk thereof.

Prayer by Rev. Wm. Alexander Barr, of Monumental church.

The following list of members-elect to the House of Delegates was received from the Secretary of the Commonwealth :
