STATE-FINANCED SCHOLARSHIP/LOAN PROGRAMS ALASKA [From State laws: The student in each high school in the State who graduates with the highest standing for all the credits earned, is entitled to receive during dormitory residence at the University of Alaska, a scholarship covering dormitory rent for 2 years following the year of graduation from high school.
