Entering freshmen eligible. Interest rate (present) 1 percent per annum while student is enrolled; & percent per annum after completion. (Rates would be changed to 2 percent and 54 percent respectively, if enacted bill No. 770A is signed by the Governor.) Repayment starts 1 year after date of last attendance. Maximum term for repayment "1 additional year for each loan."
