SIRS: I am pleased to present to you herewith the First Annual Report of the National Advisory Council on Education Professions Development, submitted in accordance with section 502 of Public Law 90-35.

The Council is only recently organized: hence, our report is brief. It is our hope that on January 31, 1969, we can present you a set of findings and recommendations which will be of substantial help to you-and to all those concerned with assuring that the Nation has the number and quality of equcational personnel that are needed.
