Mr. BAILEY. You may.

The clerk of the committee will take note of that and see that it is put in its proper place.

Mr. ELLIOTT. May I say, Mr. Chairman, that the subcommittee on special education will hold its first meeting on Tuesday at 10 o'clock. I feel also, Mr. Chairman, that this material that has gone into the record in the last 2 days should be published at the very earliest pos sible date and I would like to urge the members and others concerned that whatever corrections they may want to make be made soon so that publication can be made.

Mr. BAILEY. The committees will now stand adjourned.

(Whereupon, at 12:12 p.m., Friday, February 20, 1959, the subcommittee adjourned, subject to call of the Chair.)
