Resolved, That the Senate Committee on Public Buildings be and said committee is hereby instructed to consider, and report to the Senate within ten days after the adoption of this resolution, upon the advisability of materially reducing the number of Boards, Commissions, Trustees, and other public officers heretofore created by legislative enactment, and now discharging duties and trusts under the State Government; and said committee is further instructed to report to the Senate within the time hereinbefore specified the names of such Boards, Commissions, Trustees, and other officers as may be either abolished or consolidated without injury to the State.
