Resolved, That the following resolution, offered by Senator Dargie on the fifth of January, and appearing on the Journal of the Senate of January sixth, to wit:

Resolved, That the per diem of the several officers, clerks, and employés and attachés of the Senate be the same as was paid to such officers, clerks, and employés and attachés, respectively, for like services at the last session of the Senate," be reconsidered.

Adopted.

Senator Heacock moved that Senator Dargie's resolution be indefinitely postponed.

same.
