THIS TITLE

Title 50-FISH AND WILDLIFE is composed of three volumes. The parts in these volumes are arranged in the following order: Parts 1-199, parts 200-599 and part 600 to End. The first volume (parts 1-199) contains the current regulations issued under chapter I-United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior. The second volume (parts 200-599) contains the current regulations issued under chapter II-National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce; chapter III— International Regulatory Agencies (Fishing and Whaling), chapter IV-Joint Regulations (United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior and National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce); Endangered Species Committee regulations; and chapter V-Marine Mammal Commission. The third volume (part 600 to End) contains the current regulations issued under chapter VI-Fishery Conservation and Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce. The contents of these volumes represent all current regulations codified under this title of the CFR as of October 1, 1991. Alphabetical listings of endangered and threatened wildlife and plants appear in part 17.

The OMB control numbers for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration appear in § 204.1 of chapter II. For the convenience of the user, § 204.1 is reprinted in the Finding Aids section of the third volume.
