Inactive applications from individuals not employed by FAS-this information usually consists of forms SF-57, sometimes supplemented by letters from or to the applicants. 3. Security classifications or Office of Inspector General reports any information in our files is obtained from the Office of Inspector General or Office of Personnel; we assume these offices will report to you on these types of information. 4. Lists of "Debarred and Ineligible Bidders" prepared by the Office of Plant and Operations. While we maintain and refer to current listings we do not have the source data, and assume this information will be furnished by Plant and Operations.
