International Environmental Law in the Asia Pacific
What does the future hold for the development of international environmental law in the Asia Pacific? This book addresses that question through a multifaceted examination of various aspects of environmental law in the states which comprise East and Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the island states of the Southwest Pacific, and occasionally the states of South and Central Asia.
