In summary, the total of our economic and physical damage could be $343,000 or more. For new owners just starting out, this high water situation is particularly damaging. The purchase price and cash flow were based on both mobile home and RV revenues. With the loss of a major portion of our revenues, we have been put in an extremely difficult situation...one which most believe could and should have been prevented.

My wife and I have saved diligently for many years and have made a major investment for our future in Rainbo Beach. However, success will be most difficult unless economic assistance is received and unless proper management of the Colorado River storage and release system is exercised.
