§ 615.18 Temporary extended unemployment compensation for Title XV exhaustees in the Virgin Islands. (a) Any individual in the Virgin Islands who has exhausted his rights under Title XV shall be paid temporary extended unemployment compensation in accordance with the applicable provisions of this part and the applicable provisions of Part 611 or 614 of this chapter. (b) Any individual in the Virgin Islands whose claim for temporary extended unemployment compensation based on his exhaustion of rights under Title XV has been denied shall be ontitled to a fair hearing and review in accordance with §§ 611.8 to 611.12, or § 614.14, of this chapter. § 615.19 Disclosure of information. Information received by the State agency in the course of the administration of the program for the payment of unemployment compensation under the Temporary Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1961 shall be considered confidential to the same extent as information received in the administration of the State unemployment compensation law, and disclosure of such information may be made to the same extent that disclosure of information is authorized under the State unemployment compensation law.
