Senator BAKER. Dr. Schlesinger, I apologize to you for the way with which we proceeded with your testimony this morning.

I have not yet had an opportunity to read your full statement, and I wonder if you would be willing to keep the record open for written questions.

Dr. SCHLESINGER. Yes, sir.

One other thing in response to Senator Gravel's question, I think if the committee permits, I will supply him the mini-NEPA review for Quad Cities so that the members of the committee can have a chance to examine that.

Senator BAKER. Thank you very much, doctor.

(The mini-review referred to appears on p. 133.)

Dr. SCHLESINGER. Mr. Chairman, I have two reports I would like made a part of the record, one is discussion and conclusions by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission Divisions of Radiological and Environmental Protection and Reactor Licensing.

The other report is a draft detailed statement on the environmental considerations by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission Division of Radiological and Environmental Protection related to the proposed issuance of an operating license to the Duke Power Co. for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 1.

Senator BAKER. Without objection those two reports will be made a part of the record.

(The reports referred to follow :)
