An act to extend the time for the location and completion of the Somerset Railroad. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Legislature assembled, as follows: The Somerset Railroad Company may have a further time of five years from and after the time fixed in the act incorporating said company, for locating and filing the location of their railroad; and a further time of five years from and after the time fixed in said act, for the building and completion of said railroad; and all the powers and privileges originally granted to said company shall continue and be in force during said term of extension of time.
