HAC provides technical housing services, seed money loans from a revolving loan fund, housing program and policy assistance, research and demonstration projects, and training and information services. This publication is not copyrighted. Its duplication or reprint for use in the earthquake recovery is strongly encouraged. HAC would appreciate receiving credit for reprints.
