ULI-the Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit education and research organization that fosters and encourages high standards of land use planning and development. To this end, the Institute conducts research, interprets current land use trends, disseminates pertinent information, and sponsors a wide variety of education programs. Established in 1936, ULI is recognized as one of America's most respected and widely quoted sources of objective information on urban planning, growth, and development. Its information resources are widely used by new and seasoned professionals.
