I, Cato Sells, Commissioner of Indian Affairs, do hereby certify that I have compiled the acts and parts of acts of Congress enacted from the year 1890 to the year 1914, inclusive, relating to the Five Civilized Tribes of Indians of Oklahoma, and that the copies of the acts and parts of acts of Congress hereto attached and forming said compilation are true copies of said acts and parts of acts as the same appear in the printed volumes of the United States Statutes at Large. Resolved, That the Committee on Indian Affairs shall have printed 1,000 copies of the compilation of laws relating to the Five Civilized Tribes in Oklahoma.

I hereby certify that the above resolution was adopted unanimously at a regular meeting of the Committee on Indian Affairs held in the Indian Affairs committee room this 19th day of February, 1915, at which a quorum of said committee were present.

braska Railway Company power to sell and convey to the Chicago,

Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company all the railway, property,

Act of June 30, 1890--An act to grant the right of way to the Pittsburgh,
Columbus and Fort Smith Railway Company through the Indian Ter-
