§ 300.1 Materials incorporated by refer

ence.

(a) The Plant Protection and Quarantine Treatment Manual, which was reprinted May 1985, and includes all revisions through October 1990, has been approved for incorporation by reference in 7 CFR chapter III by the Director of the Office of the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.

(b) The treatments specified in this manual and its revisions are required to authorize the movement of certain articles regulated by domestic quarantines (7 CFR parts 301 and 318) and foreign quarantines (7 CFR part 319).

§ 300.2 Availability of material incorporated.

(a) The materials incorporated by reference in § 300.3 of this part are available as follows:
