introduced and referred to the House Committee on the District of Columbia, as
follows: H.R. 10608, H.R. 10614, and H.R. 10616, being identical to S. 1118.
Also, H.R. 10621, identical to H.R. 4644.

Also, H.R. 10642, a bill to create a commission to prepare a plan for the cession
of certain parts of the District of Columbia.)

Also, H.R. 10772, a bill to enable the people of a portion of the District of
Columbia to form a constitution and State government and be admitted into the
Union on an equal footing with the original States.
