SCHEDULE D

Contains a list of quo warranto proceedings, commenced either by the Attorney General upon his own relation, or by him upon the relation of some other person.

SCHEDULE E

Contains a list of chancery cases commenced or now pending, in which the State was directly interested.

SCHEDULE F

Contains a list of all chancery cases commenced, determined or pending, in which some State officer has been made a party and in which the State has some interest. These cases have been referred to the prosecuting attorneys of the various counties in which they were commenced, and left in their charge.

SCHEDULE G

Contains a list of insurance companies whose articles of association, amendments and extensions thereto have been approved by the Attorney' General during the fiscal year.

SCHEDULE H

Contains copies of such official opinions as are deemed to be of general public interest.

SCHEDULE I

Contains a report of money collected from the estates of certain indigent insane persons confined in the asylums of the State, and turned over to the State Treasury. Upon a careful investigation, it was discovered that the State is being imposed upon by the maintenance and care of certain indigent insane persons who possessed sufficient means to support themselves. Through the coöperation of the Medical Superintendents of the asylums, and the judges of probate, many hundreds of dollars were collected during the fiscal year and covered into the treasury of the State.

SCHEDULE J

Contains an abstract of the semi-annual reports of the prosecuting attorneys of the State, showing the total number of prosecutions for each particular offense, etc.

SCHEDULE K

Gives a recapitulation of the business of the prosecuting attorneys,

containing the name and address of each prosecuting attorney, together with the number of prosecutions and the result thereof. This table has been carefully prepared, and will be convenient for statistical reference. Respectfully submitted,

NEY GENERAL.

LEGISLATURE-DUTIES TO.

Upon request of either branch of the legislature, to appear for the State in any tribunal: § 104 C. L.

To make annual report to of all official business done by him during the year preceding: § 106 C. L.

Abstract of reports of the several prosecuting attorneys to be included in above-mentioned report: § 107 C. L.

To give opinion on all questions of law submitted by either house: § 108 C. L.

STATE OFFICERS.

GOVERNOR-DUTIES TO.

Upon request of Governor to appear for State in any tribunal: § 104 C. L.
