COMMITTEE ON BANKING, FINANCE AND URBAN AFFAIRS, SUBCOMMITTEE ON GENERAL OVERSIGHT AND RENEGOTIATION, Washington, D.C.

The subcommittee met, pursuant to notice, at 11 a.m., in room 2128, Rayburn House Office Building, Hon. Joseph G. Minish (chairman of the subcommittee) presiding.

Present: Representatives Minish, Annunzio, Barnard, Parris, McCollum, Weber, and Wortley.

Chairman MINISH. The subcommittee will be in order.

The Subcommittee on General Oversight and Renegotiation begins hearings on H.R. 5651, a bill to revise and reinstate the Renegotiation Act of 1951. A copy of the bill will be included in the record at this point.
