Local direction of vocational-technical education will be provided through the employment, by local school authorities, of qualified vocational-technical director. The application for approval of direction must show the number of supervisors, coordinators, teachers and other personnel to be employed in the local vocational-technical program, the distribution of director's time devoted to each service and the amount of his salary. Provision may be made for less than full-time direction.
