We have before the committee, Dr. Carl Kupfer, the director. Doctor, it is a pleasure to have you back before the committee again. Before you give your statement, tell us who you have with you there at the table. Dr. KUPFER. Yes, sir, it would be my pleasure. To my far left is Kenneth O. Cooke, the Executive Officer. Next to him is Fredette West, our Budget Officer, and to her right is Mr. Edward McManus, Deputy Director of the Institute.
