Vol. 29, p. 397. one-half of the amount appropriated for "payment of the owners of the lots and parts of lots referred to in the decrees passed by the supreme court of the District of Columbia in the case of the United States versus Morris and others, and located in squares sixty-three, eighty-nine, one hundred and twenty-nine, and one hundred and fortyeight, in the city of Washington, in said District, which lots and parts of lots which have been included within the limits of the improvement of the Potomac River and its flats, in charge of the Secretary of War," is hereby amended so as to make the same payable wholly from the revenues of the United States.
