H.R. 3876-To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Veter-
ans' Administration to furnish each veteran with a compensable serv-
ice-connected disability, such drugs and medicines as may be prescribed
by any licensed physician for treatment of the service-connected dis-
ability.

clarify the time for submission of the Comptroller General's report
