Report of the Committee on Workmen's Compensation presented by Frederick B. Campbell, Chairman. General discussion of the subject: Workmen's Compensation; the Policy and Practice as set forth at the recent extraordinary session of the Legislature.

The following gentlemen have been invited by the committee to speak on this subject: Miles W. Dawson, of the New York Bar; William H. Hotchkiss, of the New York Bar; Edmund Dwight, of New York, Chairman of Committee of Chamber of Commerce on Workmen's Compensation; Frank V. Whiting, Chief Claims Attorney, Grand Central Terminal, New York.

A general debate will follow, at the close of which the subject will be referred to the Committee on Law Reform without instruction.
