The following is a step in learning the number and condition of our remaining quality streams and streambank habitat. Projects of all kinds, in all parts of the state are changing the character of many of the streams. Before we can attempt to preserve some of the better streams and their habitat, we must have an inventory of what is left to work with.

In your own best judgment, is there any streams, large or small, in your county that are worth preserving in their natural state for present and future hunting and/or fishing? If so, please answer the following questions. If you have more than one, use a separate sheet of paper for each stream and list your answers by question number.

If you consider none in your county are worth saving just write "none" and sign and mail it back so we will have a file for your county.
