About the author (2021)

Gary S. Marshall, MD is Professor of Pediatrics, Chief of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and Director of the Pediatric Clinical Trials Unit at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He also serves as an attending physician at Norton Children's Hospital and participates in an outpatient infectious diseases practice.
